Privacy Policy

This application is an internal uniform-inventory tool operated by Park It Inventory Manager. It is intended for employees and administrators of the company only.
What we store
- Account data: your username, email address, and a hashed password. Passwords are never stored in readable form.
- Employee records: names and job titles, plus a history of uniforms issued to and returned by each employee.
- Activity log: a record of inventory changes (counts, issues, returns, sign-ins) including the username that made each change.
How it is used
This data is used solely to track company uniforms: what is in stock, what has been issued, and to whom. It is not sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising.
Emails
The only emails this system sends are 6-digit sign-in codes for two-factor authentication, sent to the email address on your account.
Cookies
One session cookie is used to keep you signed in. No tracking or analytics cookies are set.
Retention and removal
Records are kept for as long as needed for inventory accountability. To correct or remove your information, contact your administrator.
